The hotel provided everything I needed in an efficient, albeit slightly small, room that could use some maintenance and cleaning. Despite the heat inside, it was a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, especially from Rory and Jaelyn at the front desk. The location in Tribeca was outstanding for exploring downtown NYC, though some areas could use improvement. The dining experience offered amazing baked goods and coffee but required an additional charge for certain items.
The hotel was perfect, quite, and just enough space for us. The rooms were modern, very clean, and very comfortable, with a wide screen TV, WiFi, nice bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, though were small. The service was extremely nice and accommodating. The location was outstanding for what I was looking for, well located/short walking distance with regard to China Town, Little Italy, WTC pools, ferry to Liberty/Ellis; right on Church st The dining experience was recommended with amazing baked goods and awesome coffee.
